100 % Cotton Wind Horse Prayer Flags
100 % Cotton Wind Horse Prayer Flags
You’ve probably seen colorful strings of small flags fluttering in the wind between trees, and along bridges, doorways, and fences. These are prayer flags. In Tibetan, they're called "lungta," which means "wind horse."
According to Tibetan Buddhist wisdom, every person carries five kinds of life energy. One of them-lungta-is your personal luck and vitality: your potential for good fortune, success, wealth, and things going your way. Prayer flags are a way of strengthening that luck. Each colorful flag carries a wind horse in the center. The flags are covered in mantras and good wishes, meant to be carried by the wind to everyone and everything it touches.
Each order of prayer flags includes a special postcard featuring a Loving Kindness meditation that you can practice and pass on to someone else.
